November 2014, during our monthly Seminar meeting, we conducted our compulsory "Sexual Harrassment Prevention Training."
This is to help everyone in the workplace understand and respect one another and prevent sexual harrassment from popping up.

We also established empathy and communication through our organizational culture.
We make sure every understands to  communicate with each other and to speak out due to any situations or feelings.
If we follow this, then we can prevent sexual harrassment frome entering our workplace.
